User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter also referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the relations regarding the use of the functions of the Site and the general conditions for the possible provision of Services between the Contractor (hereinafter also referred to as the "Site Owner"), on the one hand, and an individual or legal entity the Customer who has accepted the terms of this Agreement by joining this Agreement in full and unconditionally (hereinafter also referred to as the "Site User"), on the other hand, hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually as the "Party".

This Agreement and the relations of the Parties arising from this Agreement are governed by law.

General Provisions of the User Agreement

The following terms and definitions are used in this document and in the relations of the Parties arising from or related to it:

• Owner's Site/Site — an Internet site hosted in the Site Owner's domain and its subdomains.

• Agreement — this agreement with all additions and amendments.
• Administration/representative of the Site, Site Owner — a person authorized by the Site Owner to act as provided for in the Agreement.
• Visitor — any person who has accessed the Site and is on it, using its properties to familiarize themselves with the content posted on the Site.
• User — a legally capable individual who has joined this Agreement in their own interests or acting on behalf of and in the interests of the legal entity they represent.

Any visitor to the Site may voluntarily fill out the form provided for this purpose and become a User.

The Site contains information and materials about goods and services that may subsequently be provided to the User in the event of the conclusion of a real Agreement. If any individual has registered as a User on behalf of a legal entity that has authorized him/her to do so, this means that the legal entity accepts the Agreement in full with the consequences that follow.

In particular, when using the Site, the User has no right to impersonate another person or a representative of an organization and/or community without sufficient rights to do so, including employees of the Site, or to use any other forms and methods of illegally representing other persons on the Internet, or to mislead Users, the Site and its representatives regarding the properties and characteristics of any subjects or objects.

In the event that a violation of rights and/or interests is discovered in connection with the use of the Site, including by another User, the Owner of the Site should be notified by sending a written notice, a telephone message with a detailed description of the circumstances of the violation and/or a hypertext link to a page containing materials that violate the relevant rights and/or interests of the Site.

Intellectual Property

All objects accessible via the Site, including design elements, text, graphic images, illustrations, videos, computer programs, databases, music, sounds and other objects posted within the Site, are objects of exclusive rights of the Site and other copyright holders. The Site grants the User the right to its functional use within the limits of its general functional capabilities.

Using the Site by other means, including by copying (reproducing) the Content posted on the Site, as well as design elements, computer programs and databases included in the Site, their decompilation, modification, and subsequent distribution, public display, communication to the public, is strictly prohibited, unless otherwise provided by this Agreement and the concluded Agreements.

The User has no right to reproduce, repeat and copy, sell, or use for any commercial purposes any parts of the Site (including Content available to the User through the Applications), or access to them, except in cases where the User has received such permission from the Site/Site Owners, or when this is expressly provided for by additional documents (Agreements, Appendices, etc.).

The User's use of the Site, as well as the Content posted therein, for personal non-commercial use is permitted subject to compliance with all laws protecting copyright, related rights, trademarks, other authorship notices, preserving the name (or pseudonym) of the author/title of the copyright holder unchanged, preserving the corresponding object unchanged. Exceptions are cases expressly provided for by legislation governing general data protection or additional documents on the use of the Site.

The Site may contain links to sites on the Internet (third-party sites). The specified third parties and their content are not checked by the Site for compliance with any requirements (reliability, completeness, etc.). The Site is not responsible for any information, materials posted on third-party sites, to whichthe User receives access in connection with the use of the Site, as well as for the availability of such sites or information and the consequences of their use by the User.

A link (in any form) to any site, product, service, any information of a commercial or non-commercial nature posted on the Site does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of these products (services, activities) by the Site, except in cases where the Site expressly indicates this.

Notifications

The Site Owner/Administration/Site Representative and the persons whose representatives the Site are entitled to send the User informational electronic messages about events occurring within the Site or in connection with it and the persons whom he represents to the e-mail address, telephone number, link to a page on social networks specified by him.

Final Provisions

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the current legislation governing general data protection. Issues not regulated by this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the law. All possible disputes arising from the relations governed by this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation.

If for one reason or another one or more provisions of this Agreement are recognized as invalid or unenforceable, this does not mean that the remaining provisions of the Agreement are invalid or inapplicable.

Temporary inaction on the part of the Site in the event of a violation by the User or other Users of the provisions of the Agreements does not deprive the Site of the right to take appropriate actions to protect its interests later, and does not mean that the Site has waived its rights in the event of subsequent similar or similar violations.

All disputes under the Agreement or in connection with it shall be considered in court at the location of the Site in accordance with the current legislation.

This user agreement has been developed and operates within the framework of the current Legislation on the protection of individuals in relation to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

Privacy Policy

This Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), posted and/or accessible on the Internet on the Site domain, as well as other agreements concluded with the User, or agreements that may be concluded with the User.

By using the Site services, the User expresses his/her consent to the Site's Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy), and of his/her own free will and in his/her interests gives written consent to the following methods of processing Personal Information: collection, recording, systematization, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction for the purposes established by this Policy using automation tools or without using such tools at his/her discretion. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the Client/User should not transfer personal data by filling out the relevant forms.

The Privacy Policy applies to all personal information that the Site may receive about the Client/User during the use of the Site, programs and products of the Site.

Purposes of collecting the User's personal information

The Site may use the personal data of the Client/User for the following purposes:

• Identification of the User registered on the Site.
• Providing the User with access to the resources of the Site and the Site's partners.
• Establishing feedback with the User, including a phone call, sending notifications, requests regarding the use of the Site, provision of services, processing requests and applications from the User, sending advertising and other information about promotions and other services of the Site.
• Determining the location of the User to ensure security, prevent fraud.
• Confirming the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by the User.
• Providing the User with effective customer and technical support in the event of problems related to the use of the Site.
• Providing the User with service updates, special offers, price information, newsletters and other information on behalf of the Site or on behalf of the Site's partners.
• Carrying out the Site's advertising activities.
• Providing the User with access to the Site's partner sites or services in order to receive products, updates and services.

Collected information (personal information)

We collect the following information:

• Technical information automatically collected by the Site's software during your visit.
• Personal information provided by you when filling out the relevant form or information received by the Site using the User's socialnetworks.
• Other information is provided by the user at his/her discretion.

Technical information

When you visit the Site, the Site administration automatically gains access to information from standard server logs. This includes the IP address of your computer (or proxy server, if used to access the Internet), the name of the Internet provider, the domain name, the type of browser and operating system, information about the site/page in social networks from which you made the transition to the Site, the pages of the Site that you visit, the date and time of these visits, files, Cookies. This information is analyzed by us in an aggregated (anonymized) form to analyze the traffic to the Site, and is used in developing proposals for its improvement and development. The connection between your IP address and your personal information is never disclosed to third parties, except in cases where consent has been obtained and / or required by law.

Technical information about visiting the Site (anonymous) is also collected by the statistics counters installed on the site.

Personally provided personal information

For the purpose of concluding Agreements, the User may also provide the following personal data about himself or about the organization and its representatives in whose interests he acts: first name, middle name, last name, position, telephone number, and may additionally provide the name, corporate registration data (enterprise code, tax number, registration address and mailing address of such organization, corporate telephone number, current account, name of the servicing bank, and correspondent account, etc.). The specified information about the organization does not refer to personal data.

Obligations of the parties

The User is obliged

• Provide information about personal data necessary for using the Site within the framework of the User Agreement or concluding the Agreement.
• In the event of concluding an Agreement with the Owner of the Site, update, supplement the provided information about personal data in the event of changes in this information.

The Site Administration/representative/Site Owner is obliged to

• Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.
• Ensure the storage of confidential information, do not disclose it without the prior permission of the User, and do not sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in any other possible way the transferred personal data of the User. The User's personal data may be stored for the time period and/or transferred to authorized government bodies only on the grounds and in the manner established by law.
• Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect such information in existing business practices.
• Destroy or block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of the User's request or appeal or their legal representative or authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the verification period, in the event of detection of inaccurate personal data or illegal actions.

Protection of collected information

• The Site takes all necessary and sufficient organizational, technical precautions to protect the privacy of Users' data. Only those employees of the Site who need to perform work functions that require access to personal data have access to information about Users.
• The User acknowledges that in the event of negligence by the User himself to the safe storage of personal data giving access to them, third parties may gain unauthorized access to them. The Site is not liable for damages caused by such access. We recommend that Users use complex passwords consisting of numbers and letters.

Additional terms

The Site Administration/representative / Site Owner has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent and without notifying the User. The User assumes responsibility for familiarizing himself with the updated version of the Privacy Policy, in accordance with which the rules for using the Site are regulated. Changes to the Privacy Policy shall come into force from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.

The current version of the Policy is located on the Contractor's Website and its subdomains on the Internet.

This privacy policy has been developed and operates within the framework of the current EU legislation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
